NLS Congress presents

BLOG OF THE 2021 CONGRESS OF THE NLS

With this first TRACES Newsletter, we are pleased to announce the opening of the Blog of the
NLS Congress 2021.

You will find there the argument of Alexandre Stevens for our Congress in May 2021, orientation texts from articles published in English and French by Jacques-Alain Miller, Éric Laurent, and other colleagues from AMP, as well as presentations by NLS members – plus an overview of events organized by the Societies, Groups and Initiatives of the NLS and plenty of practical information.

 This Blog contains various sections related to the theme “Bodily effects of language”, which orients our School this year:

Our readings: a reference presented and commented on;

Impacts: the symptom as a "body event" in the analytic experience (no clinical case material as such) and in the social field;

Escabeaux: a careful examination of the traces as they are inscribed – from the techniques of the body to the inventions of the artist.

The School of the AS: AS (or ex-AS) tell us what these "bodily effects" were in their own treatment.

The Blog is built with your contributions, which will be welcome.
We invite you to send us a text for this Blog. It can be in French or in English and must not exceed 2000 characters, spaces included.

Looking forward to your contributions.

Alexandre Stevens, president of the NLS,
Daniel Roy, vice-president,
Els Van Compernolle, co-director of the Congress organization, NLS secretary,
and the entire Blog team.

Text to be sent to: roy.etenot@gmail.com and to e.vancompernolle@gmail.com
Word format – Message subject: Text NLS Blog
