Le résultat du deuxième tour des élections présidentielles en France a produit une grande joie dans tout notre Champ, un sentiment de soulagement après un temps d’incertitude que seule la force du mouvement généré par les Forums anti MLP avait transformée en action décidée, en un appel unanime contre l’abstention.
Le Bureau de l’Association Mondiale de Psychanalyse souhaite se joindre à cette joie et à ce sentiment aux côtés de nos collègues de l’ECF qui se sont mobilisés d’une manière exemplaire et continue pendant ces dernières semaines dans le sillage de l’impulsion donnée par Jacques-Alain Miller à le série des Forums anti MLP. Le dernier d’entre eux, organisé ce vendredi 5 mai passé, avec la participation de personnalités des milieux politiques et artistiques aux côtés des membres de l’AMP, été, assurément, l’un des moments les plus représentatifs de la nouvelle étape de l’intervention de la psychanalyse d’orientation lacanienne dans la « chose politique ». Le réseau créé par Jacques-Alain Miller sous le nom de L’instant de voir sera, à n’en pas douter, une base d’opérations fondamentale pour cette action lacanienne.

Communiqué from the Board of the WAP
The results of the second round of the presidential elections in France have produced great joy in our Field, and a feeling of relief after a moment of uncertainty that only the power of the movement generated by the anti-Le Pen Forums had transformed into a decided action, in a unanimous call against abstention.
The Board of the World Association of Psychoanalysis would like to share its joy with our colleagues in the ECF, who swung into action in an commendable and continual way over these past several weeks in the wake of the impetus provided by Jacques-Alain Miller for the series of anti-Le Pen Forums. The last of these Forums, organized on Friday, May 5th with the participation of leading figures from the worlds of politics and art, and side by side with members of the WAP, was without a doubt one of the most exemplary moments of this new phase of the participation of Lacanian-oriented psychoanalysis in politics. The network created by Jacques-Alain Miller under the name, "Instant de voir" will surely be a basis for crucial operations in this Lacanian action.

portant création du Grupo Venezuela
1) Il est créé dans le cadre de L’Instant-de-voir le Grupo Venezuela.
2) Le conseiller du GV sera Miquel Bassols, président de l’AMP.
3) J’en assurerai la direction, assisté de trois secrétaires politiques :
– Agnès Aflalo, pour le Grupo Venezuela, section française ;
– Guy Briole, pour le Grupo Venezuela, département mondial ;
– Ronald Portillo, pour le Grupo Venezuela de Venezuela.
4) Chacun des trois SP définira la mission de l’instance qu’il orientera et dirigera. La réunion des trois textes agrémentée d’une mienne introduction définira la mission d’ensemble du GV.

On the Creation of the Grupo Venezuela
1) Within the framework of the Instant-de-voir, the Grupo Venezuela has been created.
2) The Counsel of the GV will be Miquel Bassols, President of the WAP.
3) I will take care of its direction with the assistance of three political secretaries:
– Agnès Aflalo, for the Grupo Venezuela, French Section;
– Guy Briole, for the Grupo Venezuela, Global Department;
– Ronald Portillo, for the Grupo Venezuela of Venezuela.
4) Each of the three PS will define the mission of the body that he or she will orient and direct. The collation of the three texts, completed with my introduction, will define the mission of the GV as a whole.

For security reasons, we ask that you arrive on time. The welcome desk will be open starting at 7:30 am. The Congress will start at 9 am sharp. The doors of the Lavoisier Amphitheater will be shut starting at 9 am and will not open again until the Mayor of Paris has finished giving her address. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
