The announced edition of Scilicet is coming soon. It will be sent to every registered member of the Great Conversation.
 
Twenty-two themes related to Lacan's proposition "Woman does not exist" were set to work to give shape to this non-existence. Eighty-eight WAP colleagues took part, united in international and multilingual cartels. In order to provoke their development and to help shed light on what inexistence and Woman have in common, twenty-two plus ones accompanied them in this work.
 
We will read here their presentation on the theme that they worked on as a cartel from this perspective.

 The Addled Woman

Amandine Dhée

 

Amandine Dhée is a writer and comedienne, and in her stories published by La Contre-allée she explores the various nuances of femininity, the one that is assigned as such and the one that discovers itself in a non-standardised desire, the one that wants to become a mother or not.

In The Addled Woman, she takes us through the experience of pregnancy with a malicious lucidity and a blistering irony that does not prevent us from experiencing moments of grace also.

Amandine Dhée est écrivaine et comédienne, et explore dans ses récits parus à La Contre-allée toutes les nuances de la féminité, celle qu’on assigne comme telle, celle qui se découvre dans un désir hors-norme, celle qui veut ou pas devenir mère.

Dans La femme brouillon, elle nous donnait à traverser à ses côtés l’expérience de la grossesse avec une lucidité malicieuse, une ironie mordante qui n’empêche pas d’en éprouver aussi les instants de grâce.

En compagnie de Saso, chanteuse et musicienne lilloise, elle nous offrira une version renouvelée de ce récit grâce à sa lecture musicale.
