Mais, ce qui fait de celui qui parle un fou tient précisément à ce qu’en parlant et en rendant ainsi la chose inexistante, il lui procure un être. Nous connaissons l’exemple de madame Bovary [1], qui n’existe pas et n’a jamais existé, mais dont l’être est pourtant bien assuré par une œuvre qui lui donne corps. […]

Voici la bibliographie “augmentée” : un deuxième lot de trouvailles suit le premier. Pour chaque langue, les liens dans le sommaire permettent d’accéder directement de la partie 1 à la partie 2.
Les italiens nous ont rejoint, et la bibliographie, ouverte avecTo Nobodaddyde William Blake, se clôture maintenant en chansons avec “Il padre nella canzone italiana”.
Cette livraison-ci fait la part belle au Nom-du-Père mais cela ne doit pas nous faire oublier l’articulation, et donc l'écart, entre patriarcat – Nom-du-Père – discours du maître. Comme l’écrit Neus Carbonell dans son texte d’orientation surNobodaddy: “Il ne s’agit pas dupater familiasqui impose l’autorité et la loi, mais de celui qui accomplit sa fonction à travers la surprise du symptôme. Là, le père trouve sa place au-delà du patriarcat. Au-delà, aussi, de la généalogie telle qu’on la connaissait dans les sociétés patriarcales. […] En effet, la question clinique de la critique du patriarcat suppose d’éclaircir ce qui viendra à la place du père – et encore plus : ce qui est déjà en train d’occuper cette place.”

Here is the “augmented” bibliography: a second batch of finds follows the first. For each language, the links in the table of contents provide direct access from Part 1 to Part 2.

This delivery gives pride of place to the Name-of-the-Father but this should not make us forget the articulation, hence the gap, between patriarchy – Name-of-the-Father – discourse of the master. As Neus Carbonell writes in her orientation text onNobodaddy: “It is not thepater familiaswho imposes the authority and the law, but the one who can carry out his function through the surprise of the symptom.
